I do not like the fact that we do pay rent increases and have to pay for my dog in my own house. We also lost our curbside garbage pick-up up.But it is the nicest park in the area. The owner is ok as long as you pay your rent and keep your grass cut. I have lived here for 23 years and don't want to go anywhere else!

The guy has to be one the greediest do nothing people I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. Of course he expected you to keep the place pristine at all times or he'd be up your ass non stop. Even though good luck trying to get a tree trimmed or the roads plowed in the winter. Not to mention the audacity of the guy raising the rent every year and got little in return for it. If you have any other choice go somewhere else rather than deal with the bullshit from either of his parks. Yes he has multiple and he's borderline tyrannical there as well. Another family member lived there as well.
