I called the office to this trailer park and didn’t get a call until day later (which i don’t mind) and i left a voice message just saying to call me back whenever your available. She ended up calling me back the next day and I answered the phone and it already seemed like she had an attitude, I told her that I can’t talk right now since i’m driving and to give me 10-15 minutes to call her back and she told me (Yeah sure) with an attitude and hung up immediately. 10-15 minutes later I called back 4 times back to back and I went to voicemail immediately every single time and I also texted her and it did not deliver so i’m assuming she blocked my number. To anyone that is trying to live here, I would i advice to read all the negative reviews because they seem to be true about this “debbie” person. Have a good day and god bless.

Debbie will kick you out if she doesn't like you or "supposedly" making problems on the property and be very rude to you if you call her, her dad Mr.Elliot is a very much nicer person if you ask me. What a grumpy old lady don't live there if want to have a headache of problems because of that old lady.

Dealing with the trailer park owners is the worst experience you will ever have. They will insult you and treat you like a dog. You dont own anything. They will kick you out the second you disagree with them. And they will make it imposible to sell your trailer. Sadly, it was an amazing place to live until they decided they didnt like us.

Lord have mercy on this lady and the property management. They think if you live there they own you and have a right to know and control things in your life. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Im a real estate agent and I called ms debbie on behalf of a client who had been having difficulty finding housing. Never spoke to her before but she was incredibly rude to me over the phone. With issues I’ve heard about from here coupled with reviews I’ve read I wouldn’t recommend this place.
