Whitetail Woods RV Park About

For RV travelers, workers, or anyone visiting Stillwater, Oklahoma, finding an RV park that truly balances convenience, cleanliness, and comfort can be a challenge. Whitetail Woods RV Park, nestled just outside the bustling heart of Stillwater, offers precisely that balance. This well-kept, peaceful park provides a welcoming retreat with all the essential amenities, making it a highly recommended choice for both short overnight stays and extended residencies. It’s a testament to attentive ownership and a focus on guest satisfaction, ensuring a pleasant experience for all who pull in.

Visitors consistently praise the park’s pristine condition and the exceptional hospitality they receive. One RVer, attending an OSU graduation, shared, "This park is just outside of Stillwater 15 minutes from Boone Pickens Stadium so it is close enough to town but far enough out that it’s peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. This is a very clean, small, well-kept park. For the most part, it is for long-term residence or short-term workers and we are sometimes leery of those parks, but this one was very quiet felt very safe, very clean and had a few overnight spots that were level concrete pad. The overnight pads were staggered enough that you didn’t feel too close to your neighbor... I have to say we are kind of picky, but we have no complaints here at all." This extensive feedback underscores the park's ability to exceed expectations even for discerning travelers, highlighting its safety, cleanliness, and thoughtful site layout.

The dedication of the park's management is another recurring theme. A long-term resident, who stayed for close to a year, enthusiastically stated, "I cannot say enough good things about the park. The owner and his family are out there weekly in the summer time cleaning and mowing... The best part is the monthly rent is cheap and includes all utilities water, garbage, sewer, electric and internet. It does not include cable." This review not only emphasizes the superb maintenance and value but also the personal involvement of the owners, ensuring a consistently high standard of care. For Oklahomans seeking a reliable, clean, and accommodating RV park with a personal touch in the Stillwater area, Whitetail Woods RV Park truly stands out.

We stayed here overnight to attend OSU graduation. This park is just outside of Stillwater 15 minutes from Boone Pickens Stadium so it is close enough to town but far enough out that it’s peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. This is a very clean, small, Well kept park. For the most part, it is for long-term residence or short-term workers and we are sometimes leery of those parks, but this one was very quiet felt very safe, very clean and had a few overnight spots that were level concrete pad. The overnight pads were staggered enough that you didn’t feel too close to your neighbor. Nice gravel seem to be very new. There were no trees or grass at our site however all around are big mature trees and green grass. No dog park but with all of the green space don’t really need one. There’s plenty of room to walk and potty dogs. All the amenities were wonderful and worked perfectly. Wi-Fi was strong. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Justin the owner and Aaron the Park host were both very friendly and accommodating and I just can’t say enough good things about this park. I have to say we are kind of picky, but we have no complaints here at all.

We stayed at this RV park for close to a year while our home was being built. I cannot say enough good things about the park. The owner and his family are out there weekly in the summer time cleaning and mowing. There are level concrete pads of various sizes to park the RV. It is very clean and gravel to park your vehicle on. The spaces are large sometimes able to park two vehicles. The owners work with you in case you have additional items you need to store however the park is not cluttered. The best part is the monthly rent is cheap and includes all utilities water, garbage, sewer, electric and internet. It does not include cable. The reason for the 4 star on location is sometimes the main highway can get a little noisy. Overall I would stay there again!

I can not fully express how happy we are with our stay at Whitetail Woods. We used a gravel site and it perfectly fit the needs of our rv. From the beginning of the reservation process to our checkout and future reservations...Justin helped us with every aspect. We had a delay due to tire issues and were unsure if we would make the first night of our reservation. He offered to refund without hesitation. Thankfully, we made it. The 2nd night, there were severe storms and tornado sirens were going off...we watched Justin help all of the residents to safety. This is our first stay and we have no need to look elsewhere. This is where we will book every time. Thank you! Note: it is helpful to have to dirty water stands to elevate your hose.
