For Texans, Wildflower RV Park in Devine offers a particular kind of RV experience. While some might find the natural, unpaved conditions of the park challenging, the standout feature, as highlighted by a grateful guest, is the genuine and compassionate hospitality of the owners. In times of unexpected difficulty, such personal care can make all the difference, transforming a challenging situation into a positive memory. For those seeking an affordable, straightforward place to park their RV, particularly if valuing a quiet, less developed setting and friendly, attentive management, Wildflower RV Park could be a suitable option. It represents a more rustic, "real Texas" RV experience, distinct from highly manicured resorts. If you're a local Texan RVer who prioritizes genuine human connection and a no-frills, peaceful environment, and are prepared for the natural elements of the terrain, this park could offer a unique and memorable stay, especially for those looking for a sense of community support on the road. It provides a taste of small-town Texas hospitality that can be a welcome change for many.
Prices for the site is way too much for what is offered. Stickers are all over and will come in the rig with sand as there is nothing but sand and stickers. There is no breaker on the power. If I had seen the place prior to coming, I'd find another place to stay. If it rains it is going to be nasty going and coming. I don't begrudge anyone who wants to be in business as I was for 40 years but this place needs to be graveled and a place to sit without being in stickers and sand. I've stayed on Campgrounds that were $40 per note but they were blacktoped 100%. We won't be back.
