I would recommend steering clear of this Mobile Slum Park. I lived here longer than I should have as it was more of a convenience. The most recent owner Andrew Nissen it worse than the previous owner. He’s a snake in a bit shell. Does not communicate, will not fix anything and if he does you will be charged. There is black mold as well as structural issues. After being a tenant for 15 years always paying on time I asked him about owning the structure. A week later I received a notice to vacate in less than a month. He only wants to rent to undocumented individuals who he knows won’t hold him accountable for fixing anything as they live in fear. Some of the photos are of a water line leak that was a breeding ground for mosquitos that came in as you can see from the trap. Beware of this place hopefully the city will get involved to keep people from having to pay to love in horrendous conditions.

Not certain if this place is under new management but my last experience was not great. I've never experienced such rude customer service. If you are under new management please treat prospective tenants with respect.

After getting new owners the place has gone down hill and they are making it more and more unaffordable if you’re Caucasian. Others they don’t care, I know because we all talk.
