My Husband and I have lived here almost from the start of our relationship , We know the lady who manages the complex and she is a very sweet and helpful person she is very tough as she doesn't stand for any drugs or trouble in here. I still live here even after my husband Died in January . This lady does the best she can with the people she has to work with. If she doesn't give back the deposit then its because something was broken or wasn't cleaned and she has to have it done.I have been here 11 years so she can't be all bad .

These folk have no understanding whatsoever and should replace management! She's very rude to guest. Doesn't have the skills to deescalate any disagreements may arise. Also will adopt the views of other tenants giving a skewed view of who you really are. Not having a mind of her own to cultivate her own judgement. Has no sympathy for those in hard times. Showing no empathy whatsoever. It's gimme my money or get out. He'll, when ya paying them faithfully ya can't get anything out of them and want to dictate who can stay over and how long. Who does she think she is ..my mother!! Anyway all I can say is Bye Felicia!!

Our family is having a renovation done on our house for several months and we are staying in our camper here. Extremely affordable with quiet, friendly neighbors. Other than the near-by train tracks it is a peaceful place to stay.

Know the manager, know the owner, they'll do right by you and will give you a lot for your trailer or motel room if they've got the space. Both are very friendly and respecting people and expect the same from their tenants. Best place to stay in rock hill if you've got a camper
