Promotions or Special Offers

As a long-term RV park that functions much like a mobile home community, 5 Points Mobile Home Park does not typically offer short-term, seasonal "promotions" in the way a vacation RV campground might. This predictability in pricing is a significant benefit for individuals or families seeking an affordable and long-term place for their RV.

Any specific incentives for new residents, such as a waived application fee or a reduced rate for the first month's rent upon signing a long-term lease, would be handled directly by the park management. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact 5 Points Mobile Home Park directly by phone to inquire about current RV lot availability, specific rental terms, the application process, and to discuss any potential benefits or special conditions that may apply at the time of their inquiry. They keep adding ridiculously arbitrary rules and making it more difficult to live here ie...no trampolines, no pools, no outside animals, rent goes up every month etc. This entire trailer park is being ran by fascists and I don't recommend even coming near here.
