If your black find another peaceful place because this is not it. Not all residents are racist but the one I encountered sure was. The community was just under new management and he let me get out my lease before it turned ugly for that man in question.

But the new owners don't seem to care about anything anymore...rake leaves and the bags will sit there for months before anyone picks them up. They are never in the office. You can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Good luck ever getting anything fixed either.. These people are just in it for the money.

Park was kept taken care of, employees weren't constantly bugging you about small corrections needed to make to lot and generally left you alone as long as you kept your lot and trailer up.
