Mobile home park is extremely quiet! Land owner is top notch. Hands down this park is safe and close to all shopping needs as well as your commute to work I would highly recommend it to any small quiet family who needs a home. Extremely affordable lot rent as I have lived here for over 15 years.
Let me tell you. Patrick is one awesome guy to work with. He made my relocation fro Ohio to NC very smooth. he was willing to work with me in any way he possibly could. I am very excited to be living here!
