I actually live here, and it's a very small and quiet place. Which is good to me since I like the peace and I like that it's small, so you're able to know a lot of people. It also makes it easier for me to walk to my house from school, since it's only a 3-5 minute walk. This place is very great to my likings, there's also a few cats that live here, and I ADORE cats, and I know almost every cat here! They're all so adorable! I even knew a female cat for awhile then she gave birth to 2 adorable kittens! I feed all the cats everyday and I get to see them well and fine everyday. I worry for the cats here a lot, since cats can be cruel. But knowing they're fine is great for me. Sorry if this seemed like a rant about cats, I just love them. Anyways, this is a very great place for people who like small, peaceful areas. šŸ˜ŠšŸ¤—

Horrible place to live! House fell apart within a few days of living there! Never came and leveled it right so all the doors don’t shut and all the trim fell off! Cabinets were bowing in! The kids in the neighborhood roam at night and get into peoples stuff! Our pipes froze in the winter and they never sent anyone to check them, thank God my husband knew what to do! The maintenance man never knew what he was doing! Took the paneling off to fix our hot water tank and then didn’t even fix it and left the paneling off! My husband had to fix it! The trim was already falling off when we moved in! Manager is very rude! She also complains about other tenants to other tenants! She told me how she had to pay the maintenance man’s rent because he couldn’t! Also helped him pay his car payment and constantly complained about him! The trailer next to us was abandoned and they rarely mow the lawn and looks like a jungle and then would give us a violation for not mowing our yard in 5 days after it rained and was still raining! The only reason I rated it a 1 is because that’s the only way to leave a review! The houses are definitely not the price they charge!

Would like to take the time to say how much I appreciate the property manager, Kayce Bryant. She has made my move in pleasant and painless. Had a couple of concerns and she addressed them immediately. That is hard to find in a property manager. Love her knowledge and expertise in this field. The lease was well explained and her demeanor was very kind. It’s always a pleasure to deal with someone who has common sense and social skills. Love her!! Thank you Kayce!!! I’ve been telling people about the property.

I loved living here. Unfortunately the negative reviews are all true and completely accurate. The manager does discuss other tenants with other tenants and even visitors. The maintenance man spreads rumors about tenants to non tenants. Luckily, he was talking to my brother but he didn't know him from Adam or who's company he was before talking trash on my family and violating any semblance of privacy not only mine but lots of other occupants as well. The maintenance man told me numerous times that they wanted me and the kids out. They get about 1500 for every new home so of course she wants my little lot payment out. I was civil and just went on about my business. My husband was killed shortly after I moved in here with my four children. The manager knew my struggles throughout our time here. She was also fully aware of the fact my children and I are Neurodivergent and have been diagnosed w PTSD as well as levels one and two on the autism spectrum. Facts are: Communication is difficult. Transitions; defeating. Yet; 5 days after my dad unexpectedly passed away, we were at eviction court. Despite owning our trailer, I went to court unaware of my rights, uninformed of the process, unable to swallow my grief enough to comprehend anything around me. I was completely naive to the fact I could speak up. I didn't realize that the judge had no knowledge of me or my tenancy other than what was written. He should have been made aware that I owned our house. But, even so, We were given until Friday, until I explained the funeral was the same day. He gave us until the first for eviction plus cost. I was completely blind to the idea of objecting to her eviction. Since the judge obliged my time request and allowed us until October, I assumed that was good. Unfortunately due to some family turbulence, I couldn't get a money order for her that day. Seemingly out of spite, the next morning, without warning, they towed my 17 year olds car. The one my dad (her only grandparent) had bought for her 16th bday, 6 days after his untimely passing. I had wrecked it in January and it had already been w the insurance people for months. After finally getting it back, in response to their discriminatory threats of towing, I did what felt necessary and was able to get it going again. Aired be all the tires up and moved it into the drive correctly, still, They singled us out. And towed my daughter's car. Despite other vehicles in the same and worse condition, they were consistently threatening to tow only our vehicles. Even had one of my daughters visitors cars towed at one point. Again. Without warning.. so it's understand We all want nothing more than to go home. After the loss of my dad's life, losing our home broke us. Certainly me. Every bit of stability, and literally everything I had in this life; it's all gone. What you may find here is a quiet backwoods community. What you won't find is staff who is trustworthy, bears compassion, has empathy, acts with consideration, extends help, enjoys generosity, offers insight to resources, acts with respect, moves w with dignity, stands w integrity, acts w honor, shows mercy, extends grace, felt offers support, shows any genuine concern, actively commit to emotional validation, values humanity, agrees with equality, feels deeply of civil rights, shows personal value, treats others with kindness, holds the company accountable w fairness, or anyone with a backbone willing to fight for not only disabled personal or social justice.
