The place really need cleaning up roads need to be fixed water leaks over half the property cats everywhere looks like a trailer junk yard you have about 10 maybe 15 well kept ones but the people really need help there

I moved in January 2021. Since then I have had to request some maintenance work. Overall they have exceeded my expectations as far as work done and result. I can see how this place is trying really hard to change the park and bring about some new standards. The neighborhood seems quiet. No late night craziness. I can't think of another trailer park that offers standards like yard maintenance, cerfews, and down to earth staff.
