The ownerwill bend over backwards to help you get what you need. She works with you to make sure everything is what is safe but follows the rules. Has lived here since 2011 and it's been a quiet place for the most part. Yes, the roads need to be redone but the trees that have been cut down on the one side because they were tearing up peoples roofs so she cut them down says not to cause problems anymore. Plus, the tree Was sick. It's better to take it down before it Died and caused more problems

Apparently pictures lie! As far as space its packed in like sardines. Roads are better on a construction site and apparently the contract means nothing concerning personal appearance of property. Not a safe environment for children. Where do they even play?
One side has all of the trees cut down. You can see stumps where they are trying to grow back but you can tell that some nice sized trees were cut down. The other side has beautiful trees and plants.
the mobile home park lets a lot of the people get by without going by the rules, trash and yards unkept fire and safety concerns. fences and porches just trough up Looks like a project, unkept, when it comes to the renters responsibility some make us all look trashy. It did look a lot better before everyone started doing their own const. And it had to be done by contractors.
