No concrete pads but that’s a small thing compared to, a quiet close net community where everyone has each other’s backs. Owner is up-front direct on what’s required to be here and has your back. Lots of tree shade. 0 tolerance police for riff-raff and fare rules. This has been the best experience I have had." Over the road construction and have been to many parks, I Stayed here for 2 years, this place is truly awsome. No concrete pades but thats a small thing conpard to, a quite close net community where everyone has each other's backs. Owner is up-front direct on whats required to be here and has your back. Lots of tree shade. 0 tolerance police for riftraft and fare rules. This has been the best experience I have had.
I called to see if there were available sites the guy was very rude he hung up in my face he said he don’t allow animals over 20lbs and I told him I have a dog that is more than 20 lbs and I have paper work I could give him showing him he is a service dog and he hung up on me very rude. Sir you should really be nicer god does not like ugly
Park is rustic with lots of trees, chickens in park but stay in roost until after 8 am. The rate is very reasonable and the friendly park host/owner only charged me for three days even though I was there for four nights. I would not consider this park a good location for a large motorhome (ours is 36') as the sites are not level. I found a site near the front of the park that was level enough to use my jacks but I barely fit. At this site the 50 amp power plug was so close to the ground that I could barely bend the cord enough to get connected. The road to the park is narrow and there are two rough railroad crossings to go over. And, yes, train traffic was an issue but the trains in the night seemed to mute their horns. Do not take the shorter route to the park as the road goes through a single lane, low water crossing that is very rough and steep - there were many scrape marks in the pavement where trailer hitches, etc. have hit.
Due to the fact that space was not available, I was unable to move in. I did, however, converse with the owner Tim a few times and he was very friendly and consistently easygoing!
Very nice quiet place to stay or live. It's a country setting with deer in neighboring fields.
