After being here at the park for almost a year, putting up with the constant emails and text messages from the park management about not using the shower or the washers and dryers so much, even though they’re specifically included in the posted amenities, and demanding complete darkness in the park after 10pm, she decided to kick me out with only a three day notice. This past weekend she offered me a spot that I had been wanting with text messages even up to the day before, which I accepted, then late yesterday sends me a text telling me that I need to leave in three days and offered no reason other than “the owner” made the decision and refused to allow me the opportunity to talk to “the owner” who I’ve never met. We’ve followed rules, put up with her shutting down the one park light at night and her crazy text messages just so we don’t ruffle any feathers and continue living here because it’s a convenient location and this is how we’re now leaving. So, just a warning to everyone that this is how the management plays. Don’t get too comfortable if you decide to stay here because this may be you next time.

We had a wonderful time at this RV park! You’re close enough to town to enjoy all the amenities, but when you’re at the park you feel like you’re out in the country. Amy and Troy were amazing and we met some wonderful people! Clean laundry facilities and beautiful wildflowers. If you’re a bird watcher they are plentiful here! Lots of hummingbirds! Saw plenty of deer as well! Would highly recommend this park!

It's apparent there are DRUG USERS LIVING HERE! Drug paraphernalia found in common areas like washer and dryer etc. Facilities never work. First few months of living there I was constantly getting texts from property management that maintenance was working on plumbing and not to use my water. They'd fix it and a week or two later it would stop working, this went on for several months. Washer and dryer are constantly being serviced and never seem to work. Grounds keepers barely come and mow. Neighbors aren't friendly, everyone keeps to themselves and the property manager Amy looks like she has some drug use issues herself and is not friendly and constantly messaging about maintenance issues etc. So glad I left!
