This is one of the cleanest most well kept parks I’ve seen in Austin. The grounds crew is seen making daily rounds keeping the park litter free and in top shape. The homes look new and many are freshly painted. It’s clear the residence here take pride in their neighborhood and keep their personal properties groomed, watered and flourishing. Property management has done an amazing job elevating this park. Well done

Silvia is hands down one of the best community managers I’ve ever dealt with. Super professional, always helpful, and you can tell she really cares about the residents. Her customer service is top notch!

Ridiculous, at any inconvenience of them they will charge a fee of $500+ although in the state of Texas mobile homes are considered low income. For pets loss they charge $500+ when the city of Austin charges up to $150 for a loss pet, the pets are not dangerous to the community because they ensure we provide medical records so an up charge of 500$ is unreasonable to me. The residents cannot park outside of their own driveway to wash or do anything with their cars, they will call the towing company and still charge an inconvenience fee to include the visitor for the resident. They don’t have many visitor parking for the 100+ residents making it difficult for residents to have visitors because they will be towed. Low income homes should not have fees that begin at $500 they are low income for a reason making it difficult for living and covering other expenses.

Family oriented, safe, quiet, very clean and super organized, great location, everything we need within few minutes, extremely dedicated management and the maintenance team, they response to matters or concerns swiftly, kids love the recreation park and playground.
