The office staff at River Ranch are very irresponsible. They lost my application last year. And then my name was not updated in the system until I re-signed the contract. They told me to do it again. How terrible and irresponsible. It's their fault not mine.

My experience has not been positive either, and i haven't moved in yet. I've called and left a message stating that I was interested in purchasing a house there, that has been four days now and haven't received a call yet. So when I hired an agent, she reached out and she hasn't received a call back either, I think I'm going to look some wear else.

People drive drunk or on drugs and u smell the weed when they pass by. People hit rocks all the time and knock down light poles or sometimes ur car when you are on your way to work. Office doesn’t allow business here but yet for more years their this daycare that they don’t tell her nothing but yet anybody els they tell them something and I know because I used to work here for 2 years and all I saw was angry people go to the office because of 50 violations a weeke we had to do and they wanted residents to be happy here. Won’t recommend to anybody who wants to live here. Also in the morning 1 entry and 1 exit for 750 homes with 2-3 cars that’s like 800+ cars leaving each morning and plus their this lady that sell tamales and some other stuff that causes a traffic jam right in the exit and they haven’t done nothing about that either but if u have a broken blind they give u 2 vios and try to evict you. BAD PLACE TO LIVE

I can't wait until I move away from this ghetto place. At first it was quiet, but people are so disrespectful and loud. People shoot guns out here. Which the community said not to pop fireworks. But they pop them anyway. Keep up with their disrespectful ways. Also, heard kids brake in people's cars. My lease is up in March. I definitely moving as far away from river ranch.

This is very clean and quiet community. People are great in office. They help their tenants greatly. They have set rules in place to keep the community safe but still some would complain because no matter how hard you try there would be some people to complain. Mostly the people who complain are rule breaker, drunkard, or unruly and they do not know how to abide by rules. Thats why they complain. Go ahead and apply guys, you are very welcome, this community is great. I love this community. You will feel like home and love this community once you start living here.
