Customer Reviews
The Good: Very nice, clean and private bathroom/showers. Full hook ups. Close to attractions. Friendly staff and respectful campers who observed quiet time. The Bad: The sites are really close to each other. One pool was closed, the other was dirty. The smaller playground needs updated. The Ugly: You cannot pick your own spot unless you want to pay an extra $100, this is absurd to me! We were put in a spot with everything I would avoid due to traffic. Right behind us was the bathroom/showers, pool and smaller playground and absolutely no shade or privacy.
Honestly the sites are decent size could claim they are smaller. But overall not bad for being in Pigion Forge. Staff has answered every question we had and facility have been clean and ready for use. The store could have a bit more inventory but overall if that's the only complaint I'll take that any day.
Camping with the family for 3 nights in the Glamping Tent. The Tent was nice. Had heat and AC. The beds were really comfortable. Would have been helpful to have a portable toilet nearby, but you had a golf cart to get to the bath house. Close to Dollywood
We love Yogi Bears! But this one was so tiny & Spots are really tight. The price we paid for a wk is cant complain about, great prices for the area! The main office closes early so we had to get wood from the grocery store. No kids activities at this location or hayrides (like the other campgrounds). The lady that worked there mentioned they were selling it and it will be named Cove Bear campground.
So this was my first time at Jellystone RV in Pigeon Forge, TN and will probably be my last. The staff was pleasant and the campground was clean and quiet, it was just way too cramped with sites. Our site was so close to another site that we could not put our awnings out. The site pad was so narrow that we could not use the picnic table that was provided, we had to move it off the pad to be behind the site, which was almost a ditch, so not useable even on the grass. And don’t get me started on parking. If you do go, don’t show up in two vehicles, there is barely room at each site to park the truck that pulled the camper. Aside from feeling very pinned in, it was nice to be close to local attractions.
