Jun 10, 2025 · Del StokesWe were traveling north, mostly following the Appalachian Trail when my wife discovered this gem. The property was so nice and clean. Everything was top notch. We are new to the RV lifestyle and coming up from Florida we stayed at some properties that were far from comfortable. We were so impressed with the resort, we didn't want to leave. We were fortunate enough to meet the owners. Nice folks. Everything we needed or wanted was there. The brand new office building had washers and dryers, a small store, hot coffee, beautiful showers, even a second floor gaming area for the kids. I liked having my own firept and the hookups were brand new. We stayed a plenty of campgrounds on our first east coast trip but the Appalachian Springs was the most memorable.
Jun 10, 2025 · Eric JensenWe had a great stay! Admittedly, it was fairly quiet here in April. The facilities were new and clean. Bathrooms, laundry and showers were very well maintained and fantastic. RV sites are very open to each other but we were alone in our area so it was quiet. Gravel sites and roads were pretty level. Water, sewer and electric at each site. People in the office were friendly and helpful. I would go again. Located right off the main drag in Pigeon Forge where there is lots to do, but we were there for the Smokies. Easy access to the National Park through Gatlinburg. Great location for an RV park.
Apr 16, 2025 · Pat Fanning-FrenchMy husband and I stayed here over spring break with our kids and 2 dogs. This is one of the nicest facilities we have ever stayed at. The baths are beautiful, super clean, and updated. They offer 24hr laundry which is a huge plus with kids. There's a craft room for the family, access to a pool, and plenty of space to walk your dog. It's truly a break in nature in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Everyone working here are nicest, most helpful, and accommodating people.
Apr 04, 2025 · Kelly FThis will be our go to campground when coming down for vacation. The campsites were level, large, and had a nice concrete patio. The fire pits were also large on the site we had. I also loved how they had nice plastic picnic tables, rather than the wooden ones that most campgrounds get. We were also here during a rainstorm and did not experience any puddling at our site.
