Big Rapids Mobile Home Court, despite some noted challenges in public reviews, offers a suitable and practical living option for many Michigan locals, particularly those seeking affordable housing in the Big Rapids area. Its suitability stems from several key aspects that align with the needs of a diverse resident base.
Firstly, the core appeal lies in its role as an accessible housing solution. For individuals and families who find traditional homeownership or high rental costs prohibitive, the mobile home park model, often with its more manageable lot rents, presents a viable pathway to owning a home. This financial accessibility is a crucial factor for many Michiganders looking to establish stable roots.

This place is a joke, not only do they do a background check but they do a credit check as well. Even when we were buying our own trailer to put on a rented lot. The lady was very insistent on trying to get us to rent a trailer that we did not want. It was not big enough for our family and after making it apparent to her, no we did not want to rent that one, We wanted to bring one in and rent a lot. She came up with every excuse she could to turn us away. So from my understanding felons are allowed to live in this park but not people with bad credit or in my case no credit because iv never been in debt.
