Rent is cheap. But park roads, yards, and empty lots that get little to no maintenance.... Especially the roads. However living there was relatively peaceful as someone who stayed to themselves and the manager guy was nice and usually helpful

Not super bad as far as parks go if you have very low expectations. Small, not many trailers set, but a lot of room for more. And probably the cheapest lot rent around. Crime/nefarious actions are considerably low.

I tried to call the manager of the park to inquire on a rental. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. She also told me that basically no one is running this park and would not give any information on who to talk to.

Rent I'd cheap and flexible but it seems like most people that live there are pretty trashy, the garbages are always overflowing, are the yards are in general are unkempt. An ok option if you have no other options.

Alright park, some lots are not taken care of by tenents. Most of the park looks nice. The park is usually quiet and people normally keep to themselves. The occasional stray animal from a tennent and many stray cats.
