This is small mobile home park of 37 units and a storage facility available for rent to tenants. It has a rural, country feel but closely located to shopping, restaurants and I-39. It is managed by Second Time Around Realty, Inc or STAR property management out of Milwaukee. Usually has units available, please check the property management company's website for details about available units. It's a challenging place to live due to that the management is not on site and owns many different mobile home parks.
Needs better management and other places are more affordable with better care.
