I have been a resident for six years, here is my honest review. Good: -Cheapest lot rent in the area -Most have spacious lots with woods and wildlife (I was lucky to have one like this) -No theft ever, no break ins. Safe community to live in -Desirable location Bad: -No inforcement of rules and regulations whatsoever, lots of homes in multiple violations -No community at all -Older homes that need lots of work -Lack of pride in ownership with people who live here. (homes not well taken care of)

UPDATE: Since new owner take over the only new things going up is RENT. Multiple times!? Driveways were "supposed" to be fixed but just covered with thin layer of black tar/asphalt. Snow removal has deteriorated as they tend to plow each driveway in and then hold you hostage to pay their guy to shovel you out. Unfortunately they have you handcuffed once you have been here any amount of time as moving a 25 year old mobile home really isn't cost effective, or safe. Manager does try to appease but can only do what owners will allow. Not sure how much effort she may or may not put into helping tenants but could possibly push owners a bit harder. Clean😎, quiet, and up to date

I like living here, it's a nice park BUT I would like to know where the owners heads are raising the lot rent up $10.00 and charging $10.00 for an extra vehicle if you own more then two specially at this time ( people need a vehicle to get to work) when everything is getting harder for people to get by. Some are losing their jobs and trying their best to get by ! The only thing that's changed is they put new homes in the park to sell. So I guess everyone that lives in this park now is paying for all these new home's they just put in ! Just my opinion !

Bought a home in Brandymore Pines 11/2 years ago, the biggest mistake in my life! I purchased a brand new home full of problems and was told that everything would be fixed. NOT 1 thing has been fixed. I received a note from management stating that the lot rent will be increased by $25.00 effective 1/1/2022 to cover the maintenance costs. What maintenance!!! You people are liars and crooks all the way to the top!

Management is a joke. Do not come through with what the promise. Lots are very close together. Community is quiet but not safe enough to be careful letting teenager go and associate with other kids.
