I would not recommend anyone moving into hear! Every owner that has taken over has been nothing but a slum lord, only collecting money but not maintaining the park. Cutting down trees when needed, every time hurricane season comes through you have to wonder is the the season I’ll loose my house because of a tree. Last week my car was damage to a sum of 5000 dollars just in a convertible top and damage to my hood. Try to get the owner to do something but he said I might as well just claim it under my insurance of my car, no I don’t own property our trees on it I own the trailer. Something fishy when owner doesn’t have there information publicly if you ask me.
Was picking a friend up from his house, I don't live here so can't say much about it, seemed decent like trailer park.
Will I have lived here for a few years now and at least we have someone in here that is here every day and attempting to make some good changes. I'm whiling to give her(jerri) a chance. I hope ever one else will. My account has been a mess since day one and she got that fixed, in last then a day. Record setting for Brittany Estates. I also heard she's opening the pool with a pool party. Will if she pulls this off maybe and just maybe she can do this job, that no one else seems to be able to do. Good Luck Jerri!!
Things are definitely looking good around here. So much has changed for this community since the new property manager came along and boy do I that God for him. He's really cleaning up the place. It has became a beautiful and more comfortable setting with him controlling the place. There's lots of new trailers rolling in and I'm looking to get some of my family to move out here. It's a nice place !
Becoming a owner of our trailer home has been a great accomplishment. Being a resident of Brittany Estates has been a great experience. Mr. Paul is a great property manager, he communicates well, and shares a interest in making improvements to the property and overall quality of living here at Brittany Estates.
