I live here now! My first comment was, I like it so much! That's still my feelings about this place. Even though we've had some strange & some slight issues with the neighborhood kids. After living basically in a ghetto this place is a nice place to live. No gun firings going off around here. Just want to be a neighbor that you can count on having your back, by watching your house and your stuff so it doesn't become some other strangers stuff. Because I will call the police if necessary in instances like that. Have a glorious day.
Interstate transactions can be difficult or problematic at best but Anita went the extra mile and made sure our encounter was seamless and headache free. Any and all concerns and questions were addressed immediately with kind words, a smile, and definately to our satisfaction. And of course a special thanks to George who "ironed wrinkles" for us.
I have lived here several times through the last few years. Unfortunately over time this place has changed management several times, lack of communication, terrible trailer homes for the high cost. The last one I lived in a hole developed in the hallway to the bedrooms. The maintenance departments fix... Put a piece of pressure board over it and call it good. Not my idea of "fixing" the problem.
RUN!!! RUN AWAY!!! Was all set to purchase a home in this community....it was #24 - a 20 yr old home. The first time I saw it there was a brand new hot water heater waiting to be installed. I was thrilled - gave me a sense that things were maintained. Well, I was VERY SADLY mistaken. Before I signed the paperwork to close the deal, I decided to have the home inspected. (Huge cost, but well worth it!!) The hot water heater was indeed replaced, but the maintenance man DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR THE MOLD that was in the water heater 'closet'. They tried selling me a mobile home that had MOLD!!!!! They tell you they have their own inspectors - at least she kept saying something gets inspected - have no idea what! But wait! it gets worse when I go across the 'street' to their Meadowood Location..... #218 it is only a year old, spent another chunk to inspect... structurally damaged!!!! was damaged upon moving it into the current spot!!! Master bedroom wall bows in due to the damage. DO NOT RENT, DO NOT BUY ..... RUN!!!!1
Right now rain is flooding in my back door. And no one answers the phone. There's not even an emergency line. To be completely honest they don't even deserve the one star. I have called them 12 times today and nobody has ever answered. When they renewed my lease the dates are a year behind and here I can't even get anybody to solve the problem. I'm so angry right now with this place. They don't care about the people they don't care about their trailers all they care about is their money. Making sure that everybody is paying and if they don't pay they get 3 days notice to get the h*** out. I would never suggest someone move here. And if I could backup time and know what I know now I never would have moved here. And now I'm stuck till kid graduates. Just 2 more yrs maybe less. And just so everybody knows when I 1st moved here 5 years ago it was a great place. Something happened with management and now everything is messed up.
