Absolutely terrible experience. Management is unresponsive and unreliable. Broken promises, poor maintenance, and unsafe living conditions. The rent is too high for the quality of the trailer and the lack of upkeep. I've had to deal with a non-functional sink, gas leaks, and a constant stench of cat urine. When walking outside to your own porch Avoid this place at all cost Response to below response To truly address concerns and make things right, genuine human interaction is crucial. Auto-replies are inadequate. Secondly, I've consistently contacted the same customer service number to express my concerns. The representatives consistently promise to investigate and resolve the issues, but these promises remain unfulfilled. I've also attempted to contact [Laughlin lady (District manager)], but have received no response. I urge you to improve your customer service and address these concerns with genuine attention and resolution.
Dec 13, 2024 · Khrystal WilliamsThis place has gone down hill. The management sucks now; they replaced Jessica who was amazing and actually cared about the tenants. BRING HER BACK she made a difference. New management does not care about the tenants and raise our rent to ridiculous prices but can’t keep the park up to par. It’s pathetic and they wonder why they can’t keep anyone in the park. No pool it’s been sitting nasty as shown below all year never opened for the summer as promised, had a water leak for MONTHS running through the whole trailer court smelling nasty they finally got fixed just recently due to so many complaints, can’t have pets and if you do they have to stay inside can’t even hang out in there own yard unless on a leash so no freedom, Half the homes are abandoned and or falling apart but can’t fix them because they spend our money on corporate retreats rather then taking care of there tenants. Do better Coachlight!!
Nov 14, 2024 · Christinia CottThis place is horrible. My grandparents have lived here now on year 2. Last summer it took WEEKS to get the A/C working, so many hot days and they were miserable. This winter, they DENIED fixing the furnace, which is not legal by the way, you are required to provide heat. This summer is beginning, the house is miserable yet again, because they won’t fix anything. I will be contacting an attorney on their behalf because this is absolutely outrageous. Shame on you for being horrible landlords. POS, they pay your rent and abide by your contract, you should be providing with WORKING heat/air & appliances
May 08, 2024 · Jordan TuckerBeen here for about 5 months. The current property manager (Jessica) really tries to keep a clean, safe neighborhood. I appreciate that she addresses issues promptly and takes pride in the park. There are some louder residents, but overall, it's a community and people generally look out for one another. It has been a good experience so far. I would love to see the community come together for monthly meetings, or host community activities with the blessing AND support of management.
Nov 01, 2022 · Michelle IrvineI live at coach light north and Jessica is a really good manager. Anytime there's an issue with anything she is quick to get to the bottom of it. Some of the new tenants hat have moved in over the summer have a very disrespectful kids, I am so glad that Jessica is our manager because she took it upon herself to make sure that these "parents" get there kids under control. Whenever there's anything wrong with my trailer she is always prompt to get somebody to look at it immediately unlike the manager before who let us live in a trailer with no air conditioner the entire summer of solving the problem was to put three window air conditioners not very professional. Anyways all I can say is this place has got a lot better since we got a new manager Jessica you're awesome
