Since moving in Melanie has been such a great help in everything she could. From the start helping us with the application to move in! Their monthly activities are so fun. While still currently living here we absolutely love the fact that Melanie makes us feel comfortable and going up to the office to have some chats are always nice. The only issue that is the cats, neighbors are always feeding them so when we come out there’s a bunch all gathered up or some even on the vehicles. Maintenance comes not too long after calling in for something, everything gets done right. Overall absolutely nothing to complain about and we look forward to enjoying the rest of our remaining time.

Worst place. Always problems with sewer. Slow response times to maintenance issues. Paying for two bathrooms but shower not working in one bathroom was told had to be a plumber to come look at it last week. This week they have to talk to maintenance guys. Not impressed with new manager at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Also expect your rent to go up 25.00 every time you renew your lease.

Beautifying this park & it's home sites will take much hard work & time....But, as the Community Mgr of CLE, my staff & I are very excited about what the future holds! Everything was very good I like Karen alot and was glad that the other lady helped us with the application so we can get into the trailer. We are now waiting on contract patiently. I hope that we can it soon so can get things moved in before it gets bad on the roads
