Services Offered

While the specific details of every service offered by Broadmoor Valley are best confirmed directly with park management, mobile home parks in Minnesota typically provide a core set of services that contribute to the comfort and functionality of the community.

  • Lot Rental: Residents own their manufactured home but lease the land (the lot) it occupies. This monthly rental fee often covers access to the park's common areas and infrastructure.

  • Utilities Infrastructure: The park provides the necessary hookups for essential utilities, such as water, sewer, and electrical connections to each home site. While residents typically pay for their individual utility consumption, the underlying infrastructure is maintained by the park.

  • Common Area Maintenance: The park management is generally responsible for the upkeep of common areas, including roads, lighting, and landscaping in shared spaces. This contributes to the overall aesthetic and functionality of the community.

  • On-site Management/Maintenance: Mobile home parks often have on-site or readily available management and maintenance staff to address resident concerns, enforce park rules, and respond to issues that arise within the community. The review mentioning "onsite road crews to repair all the reverse speed bumps" directly points to this service.

  • Community Rules and Regulations: To ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents, mobile home parks establish and enforce a set of community rules and regulations, covering aspects like noise, pet policies, and property maintenance standards.
