Not a resort but a parking lot in a hay field. Don’t believe all the hype about changes, not happening. Terrible at mowing grass. You will be dumping tanks in knee high grass. We killed 10 fire ant nests on our site. Deposit is 200 plus you will pay for a background check. Good luck getting your deposit back. They were 6 weeks delinquent in getting us our check and we had to fight for a month to get our money back. Owner has had 9 managers in 2 years. What does that tell you?! Enter at your own risk!
Aug 07, 2024 · Christie MastinWorst place I've ever stayed, no one ever available in the office, poor management or none at all, as they cannot keep a manager. Horrible up keep to the grounds. Will never be back, do not recommend.

May 22, 2025 · Maryann DantoneIt was great until the new park managers moved in. ***DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY*** They raised rent twice and did not get approval from me or have me sign a new contract with the new price, I had signed for a certain price and no where in the contract it said they could raise rent. For renting in real estate you must have clear wording that says they are allowed to raise rent with appropriate notice they did not have any wording about this, my contract had a certain price and a said indefinite stay so my lease wasn’t expiring. I worked for a rental company for 6 years and you can’t just raise rent without it being in the contract that they can raise rent with given notice . No where in their contract did it say they were allowed to raise rent. I am going to sue them it’s that bad. They stole over $500 with the price increase while I lived there. I have a nice older trailer and I always kept my lot clean. I received a notice saying “I need to vacate the premises by this date” I texted and asked why they said because my RV is not registered in my name. I told them I was working on that but I have a bill of sale I could show them….She refused to accept that. I work M-F 8-5 and I couldn’t take time off as I just started a new job so it was frustrating I was waiting on the title from the owner and I explained this to her. She would not work with me whatsoever the previous owner even called her and said it was mine I bought it from them. I gave up and looked for a new place. I had already paid the whole month so I would just needed to pay electricity. They messaged me after I moved that I owed them around $87 dollars. I was in shock. I had done the math. I explained in text that it shouldn’t be and asked for an invoice she refused to send me one. I broke down the prices for her, prorated rent(how many days I stayed) and my deposit that went towards it and was $40 something dollars over what she said the bill was. I asked her over five times for a invoice over text and email and she refused. She said that they don’t issue refunds per the contract…she then continued to say I needed to pay the $87. I again broke it down the prorated rent plus deposit minus what I owed for electric and that they should be refunding me but I will settle for it just being settled even. I was very frustrated at this point. Sorry but $80 was alot for me at that time. I was very kind the entire time and she was beyond rude! I also had a issue the trash cans had wasps nests and im allergic severely, I asked them to take care of them immediately so I could take my trash out and they said they would in a week when they went to town to get wasp spray(there is a dollar general right down the road, they left daily to somewhere …..I told them they could come get my trash then because I will not take a chance of being stung. The next morning I noticed one of the trash cans (big bins) was torn up by being flipped over like someone was angry you had to use a tractor to move these bins and to do the damage it had taken which was a a lot . I got back from work and it was back upright…with wasp nest still there and the wasps still flying around the cans. I texted them again and I was as polite as I could be that they needed to come get my trash bags I cannot get stung I live alone and I have a service dog and couldn’t stay at the ER for their negligence. I wasn’t the only one allergic to wasp in that park. They finally got was wasp spray three days into this ordeal. I was never rude to them. I never violated any of their rules yet they still asked me to leave. They will steal your money then they sent the money she said I owed to collections and I’m filing with the BBB about it. I did have a problem with people walking around my lot at all hours as well I brought this issue up as well, someone tripped over my dog leash I had left in front of my steps and I heard them yell ouch and hit the ground it was 2am. DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
