Buyer beware new management has increased rent over 50% in 1 year. 390.00 to 700.00 per month for existing residents and whatever market will bare for new renters. For example, a new renter moves in, if they can get 750.00 they will then increase all other rents to that amount. There is no lease agreement for anybody living there that would keep rent locked in , they raise rent indiscriminately. Also there are zero amenities.
