Shawn went above and beyond to help my disabled mother. We are so grateful and blessed we found this place! It is a peaceful and a beautiful park as well.
Our son has lived here for several months. The property is well kept and very peaceful. The owners, Shawn and Dawn, have been very helpful and are super nice people. We attended one of the Cedar Lake get-togethers a few weeks ago and met so many nice neighbors!! This little community was the perfect spot for our son. We are thankful we found it!!!

Excellent park with owners who really look out for the residents. I appreciate our neighborhood social events, which vary year to year. This is a family owned park and is quiet, which we really appreciate. Rent is affordable compared to the cost of living in this part of town so it’s just right for us. Currently there is a waiting list to get into the park which is 100% understandable. We’ve been here 2+ years and love the convenience to shopping and medical care as well. Added plus is there is a tornado shelter for residents’ safety during storm season. Not a resort style park, just a quiet place to live. 5 ⭐️ review here!
Nice Mobile Home and RV park. Nice, quiet place to live in town. The owner is very helpful, and quick to help with your needs and or questions. The resident fishing ponds are nice too. If not just for a relaxing view of the water.
