Parking lot could use some work!!!!!!!! other than that I never had any issues living here ms.pat and the other members at the office were always sweet n kind... the maintenance men were pretty good as well
These people here are not fair. I am new to Charlotte and informed their front counter person that I had only been in the city 3 months, I was working 2 jobs and had the money to move in and needed to move asap. after taking my application fee and telling me they would have something available in a couple of weeks they then turned around and told me I couldn't move in til I've been on my job 6 mos, with no guarantee if they would have anything and would not refund my application fee. her only excuse was, she s 72 years old and sometimes makes mistakes! really!!!!
It's quiet everyone do their own thing. I feel comfortable and safe.
The mobile homes are poorly maintained, the potholes are so deep you feel like you're falling off a small cliff, parking spaces are nil, just an unhealthy atmosphere to live in.
Drive way area needs repaving badly, looks like they did some patch work.
