Customer Reviews
The mobile home park is conveniently located between Grandview elementary school and the high school and has the junior high school just a couple miles on down the road. The wildlife is so abundant you're almost guaranteed to see deer every day. Woodpeckers, cardinals, bluejays , owls, and I seen an American bald eagle just yesterday. That's just a few of the breeds of birds you will have the honor to be serenaded by. El Dorado lake and campground are just a couple miles away. I've been living here for the last 2 years and the neighbors are all very quiet and very kind
Horrible management. Moved in back in December, didn't receive the copy of the lease agreement until last month, and 99% of us still have yet to recieve our storm doors that we were promised upon signing the leases.
My mom moved here and it's a decent little place tucked back in the neighborhood. Nice and quiet.
It's so quiet out here. Love the wildlife that live behind my home
Stopped in to drop off some food. Some trailers were old and less desirable, but not too bad of place.
