This was the best park we’ve ever been to… until the new owners bought it. We had a wonderful, warm community with lots of activities. Our park managers are still great, but the park got sold just before the end of 2024, and the new owners are terrible. They lie about the amenities, they don’t pay their bills (our trash has been overflowing for days , and it’s not the first time). They fired most of the employees, including our activities director, they don’t give a darn about the people here. They are terrible and only care about the money.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months this winter, arriving shortly after Christmas until the end of February. This is a cozy, quaint little park. People are very friendly and look out for each other. A variety of activities are planned for residents throughout the week. The bathrooms and showers are clean and the laundry room is convenient. The location is fairly central. It is about an hour and a half to the gulf beaches and 2 hours to the Atlantic coast, an hour to Orlando or Tampa. We definitely enjoyed our stay
