I wish I could do 10 stars!!! I love this office and park!!! The office coordinator Ada Reyes is the best assest to the company!!! She worked with me, helped me understand and fill out my application, wrote them to keep them on top of my application. I got approved within around 5 days. I can't say enough good about her, her people skills, her personality, her ability to do her job, she is AMAZING!!!
Lived here for a couple of years. Very clean. Love the neighborhood. Comes with pool, gym and playground. Perfect for families. Jon is great, very helpful and always answers my questions. Bailey however, is not. Not sure why but she seems to be rude and unhelpful.
We love our small community! I really can’t complain about how things run here. Every time I have a question or concern I can come into the office and they help us. Jon and Bailey are very helpful and treat us fairly. To many more years of living at peace in our little community!
My son lived in this mobile home community with my mother and he was murdered and our driveway shot seven times they had no cameras there or anything until three weeks after my son’s murder so obviously they don’t really care about the residence. It’s been six years now, and still no answers to my son’s murder.
I have lived here for years. It could be worse. But it definitely could be better for what the rent is. Donna in the office could definitely use a better attitude. I mean we do pay your salary. You don't have to talk to all of us like we're trash. Especially when you need something there could be a better reception. Especially when that something is really your responsibility is the leasing office. I had a tree that got Zapped by lightning and the first thing she said was " you're supposed to have renter's insurance"! What does that have to do with the fact that you need to come cut down the tree before it falls on my house?? They finally did. Also there is a large amount of trash sporadically placed around the complex that takes weeks for them to clear out. Such as when someone moves out of the house. Also there's trash buried up underneath the entire place so sometimes it surfaces. I had a large piece of metal in my backyard that had been buried for years and the rain washed the yard causing the metal to surface. Again it took forever for someone to come and get it and then all they did was put it by the mailbox. Genius! I had to call for several weeks to have someone pick it up. This is ridiculous customer service in this place. I can't wait to move. Of course it could be a lot more run down. But it definitely could be a lot better for the amount of rent you pay. By the way your rent doesn't really get you much except for the land and your gas pickup. Nothing else!
