My wife and I became snowbirds at Dogwood 8 years ago. We LOVE getting away from Wisconsin winters! The residence was old-a 1979 model that needed a lot of work, but was purchased for only $14,000. Rent is very affordable. Managers on site have always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately the park has many residents who isolate and are inactive. It is a friendly and quiet community. The pool is well heated for year round use. The clubhouse has received many updates the past couple of years. The shuffleboard courts are well maintained and efforts have been attempted to update the 9 hole mini golf course. New asphalt was put down a few years ago on the majority of the streets in the park. My wife and I have been quite happy in Dogwood. We have formed very nice friendships with the rather limited number of other residents who enjoy being active and socializing.

Recently moved here and chose living here, because I heard it was a nice Christian Community. It is clean and very quiet. All tho I dont get out much at the moment, it seems really nice so far. Hopefully soon I will be able to go to some of the events. Couple neighbors have been really nice and helpful that Ive met. I pray this Community will be a Blessing to All that live here for the yrs to come...

To the Abney family, You can't be any more wrong. The management here is top notch!!! They are ALWAYS here when ANYONE in the park needs them, at any time of the day or night, for 200 sites!!! They are wonderful people, truly!! Whatever the owner pays them, it's not enough!!!! Thank you Don and Deb for being there for all of us!!!!

The management here is very poor to say the least. The manager is referred to in the park as a "bully." He yells at the elderly tenants and belittles them with all to see. This guy needs to be removed and knocked down a notch off his high horse!!!! Someone needs to step in & advocate for these elderly tenants who are being verbally abused by this nasty human!!!!
