I’ve been going to Webster rv park for 2 years. It was always a nice time. I was going to rate the place a 5 until recently. There was an error made on my account. No question it was an error. However they were so sure I made the error they were completely unwilling to do anything to help me to make it right. All I can say is if the office promises to do something for you be sure to get it in writing because no matter what Rhonda is NEVER wrong. It will be you the customer that is wrong!! Whatever happened to the customer is always right?? HA!

WiFi is spotty, even though they fixed it promptly, it went out again a few days later and was fixed again the next day . When it works it works great.. The park is clean and well maintained and they bend over backwards to accommodate whatever you need.

Friendly environment with lots of activities to keep you busy. Country location but close enough to Tampa and Orlando for any shopping or entertainment. Also has a huge flea market right in Webster.

We loved our time spent at Webster! Management, maintenance and all employees were always ready to help if needed. Residents in the park were very welcoming to newcomers. So many activities to keep you busy. Looking forward to returning next year!
