This is the nicest park we have stayed at reasonably priced. We looked in town and nothing was as spacious that also inlcuded electricity paid, a plus in Texas summers! The laundry room is kept clean, the park is family and pet friendly, and we appreciate that it's a gated community and has free wi-fi.

We have only been here a few days, I love the long driveway, the sites are kinda on a hill, so there won’t be puddles everywhere, when it rains. The manager Judie is sooo helpful. Walmart is right up the road. If your in the area, even for just a day or two, you won’t be sorry, very quiet park ❤️

Wish It had more trees. There are tons of sticker burrs everywhere in the grass. Management is kind. Washers and dryers could be cleaner. Sunsets and Sunrises are amazing. Always a good strong breeze. Feels like the country. Driveway is a bit bumpy. Overall, it's a nice park.

We stayed here in the last week. The park hosts are friendly. It is under new management. Their lawnmower broke and is in the shop. Some tenants have their own lawnmower. We suggested they get a back up for tenants to use or call a service to mow until theirs returns. They are going to contact the manager about it. They do have a lot of sticker weeds and ant mounds, but that's South Texas. We treated the ant mounds and if we stayed longer I would have pulled the sticker weeds. It's the only way to treat them. It is quiet and safe. It's gated and has security cameras. It does have two swings and tether ball for kids. It's surrounded by country setting. Close to Walmart, HEB, medical center, and 35 minutes from San Antonio's river walk. They do have an RV to rent if you want to try it out.
