Customer Reviews
This place is awful. None of the residents can ever reach anyone who is supposed to be in charge. Nobody ever answers the office door even during clearly stated business hours. It's a joke. Do yourself a favor and pass on this hell hole. Also could be attacked by dogs let loose by irresponsible residents.
This park has improved significantly since the new ownership took over. They have evicted many bad elements and have cleaned up the park a great deal. They also continue to fill the park with decent homes and family oriented people.
There need to be alpt of improvements to the park. Just because a person is poor doesn't give cause to not upkeep the roads and such
The landlord is a slumlord, he should have to live in the park for 1 month. He should be forced to drink & use the water his tenants have to. Deal with barely any water pressure to wash dishes, do laundry or take a shower. Worry about your place/vehicles being broken into. Worry about being attacked by the aggressive dogs that are allowed to run lose in the park but when reported to him he stated that doesn't happen. No matter what problem is reported to him he just ignores it. I guarantee he would not live in the area without complaining.
Too many mobile homes in this park looks to much like a fire hazard to me just my opinion of course
