DO NOT and i mean DO NOT rent from these people! They hate google reviews! I left a review after getting the run around, they don’t reply to messages or phone calls! They threw out my application because I left a review and it wasn’t even bad. But this one is! FarmVille mobile home park WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING ELSE OUT OF ME!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They rent who they want to rent too! Don’t waste your time!

Thankful for Sara and her dedication to this community! She’s is friendly and helpful while taking the rules seriously. I couldn’t be more pleased with how far we’ve come with her running this place!! She communicates more than any previous landlord I’ve had!

The new management, touchstone properties, has no clue on what they are doing. Took them 3 months to figure out that my rent wasn't being paid because they turned off my automatic payments. I've lived here since 2014 and this is by far the worst people to deal with. I am in the process of moving my trailer out of the park and they decided to report it as abandoned. Definitely not worth the $400 rent. We had better management when it was $220 a month lot rent. In one year, it went from $300 to $400.

After viewing the gallery pictures and description of this place, I'd REALLY like to know where all these amenities are! The only landscaping and water I've ever seen are what I've planted in my "spacious yard" (HA!) and the swamp we have every time it rains. Our lot rent increased over 30%in Jan and I have NO idea why because the roads weren't even scraped after the 2snows we had. Dealing with the management here is a nightmare! Thank God we are moving on a couple of weeks,especially after receiving a letter from management that there is evidence of "illegal activity" in the park and it needs to stop! (Yeah. That'll fix it. 🙄) Good luck to anyone who moves in here--youre gonna need it!

I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay in this trailer park. It is by far the worst trailer park by far. And on top of that the property manager left June 24, 2022 so the office is permanently closed. I repeat DO NOT RENT from this place.
