Location and Accessibility

For Pete's Sake RV Park is strategically located at **14073 TX-80, Karnes City, TX 78118, USA**. For Texans, this address places it in a highly accessible position within the South Texas region. Karnes City is a rural community known for its agricultural roots and connection to the Eagle Ford Shale play, bringing in a diverse group of visitors, including many long-term workers. The park's direct frontage on TX-80 (State Highway 80) ensures incredibly easy access for all types and sizes of RVs, minimizing the stress of navigating unfamiliar roads or tight turns.

While one review notes it's "not superbly quiet as it is located right off the highway," this direct access is often a trade-off many RVers appreciate for convenience. It means you're quickly on your way to your next destination or to local amenities. The park is situated "just outside of Helena," a small historic community, offering a fantastic location that is "not overcrowded yet conveniently located to town." This balance allows guests to enjoy a calmer environment than a bustling city park, while still being a short drive from Karnes City's essential services, including grocery stores, gas stations, and local eateries. Its location also serves as a practical base for exploring the surrounding areas of Karnes County and the broader South Texas region, known for its hunting, fishing, and historical sites.

One of our favorite parks! Every spot is pull thru, owner is super friendly, amazingly fair rates, 30/50 amp at all spots and nice shade trees and scenery. Somewhat secluded so about 20 minute drive to town.

Seriously disregard the 1-star rating -- the simple fecal matter rules are clear and necessary. This is a great place to park RVs. All is just fine.
