Based on the provided information, which heavily emphasizes the application process and management interactions, here are the inferred features and highlights of Forest View Hideaway, along with important considerations:
It is crucial to acknowledge the significant and conflicting feedback regarding the application and rental process. One review describes the owner/manager as "money hungry" and "absolute scumbag" for renting a site "out from under me" after weeks of discussion and application. The owner's rebuttal emphasizes the applicant's failure to provide complete information on the application. This highlights a critical aspect of the park's operation: a strict and potentially non-negotiable application process, and a strong emphasis on the completeness and quality of applicant information to be competitive. Prospective residents should be fully prepared to submit a thorough and verifiable application and understand that securing a site is highly competitive and contingent on meeting specific criteria.
Information regarding specific promotions or special offers for Forest View Hideaway is not available within the provided customer reviews. As an RV park that appears to focus on long-term residency, it is less likely to offer the type of short-term discounts or seasonal promotions typically found at campgrounds catering to transient visitors. Their pricing structure would almost certainly revolve around monthly rental rates for RV lots.
However, for individuals interested in Forest View Hideaway, it is always recommended to directly contact the park management to inquire about current pricing, available long-term sites, and any specific terms that might be offered. While not "promotions" in the traditional sense, they would be able to provide information on:

I am Kenn, so please disregard the star rating as I'd like to rebut the previous negative review. Anonymous Reviewer and I did have discussions for about 2 weeks in regards to him renting an RV site from me. I sent him an application to rent and had a difficult time getting it back from him. When he finally submitted it, there was absolutely no information provided to confirm his income, credit history or personal references. He left those lines blank. His renting from me was dependent on a credit worthy application. I never promised him the site without reviewing his application. I get lots of applicants for a small amount of sites all the time. I informed Anonymous that next time he needs to be more responsive to what is being asked of him and to provide way more information on applications to be more competitive against other applicants.
Sep 28, 2022 · Kenn Jacobine Lisa KirkpatrickSince he doesn't have a page for his other park "Dogwood Meadow" , I will give a review for this one. Kenn is a money hungry guy. He spent weeks talking to me about renting a long term space at one of his lots, had me apply, told me the date worked and everything, then rented it to someone out from under me. Absolute scumbag. I wouldn't trust him with a penny - much less rent from him. Avoid at all costs.
