I live here and it's kind of quiet but but the people are kind of weird when you don't talk to them they just act like they know about you and they just guess about you so I don't know whether to talk to people here are not to talk to them because they make up their own story and everybody is just like has problems with everybody weird and the rent sucks they keep raising it just because we have our trailer we bought on their property too much money we keep our yard fairly clean the neighbors on the other hand have trash built up all the way back to the end of the property line in the back in on the side of their house. It’s terrible. It’s all trash and wood. it looks bad all the way up to the woods.
I see some other reviews saying that management is decent. I'd have to disagree, they seem to pick and choose what properties can do what. Keith will make an agreement on something and change his mind. Not fond of tenant laws. Needles on the roadways and addicts everywhere. Trailers with decks falling apart, unmowed lawns and trash everywhere.
I used to live in this trailer park and it was nice pretty I just drove through it today and it is trash who wants to move into trash, not me
Lots of people wearing pajamas at 3 in the afternoon. One guy was barbecuing in his yard using plywood and waferboard... Bad chemicals in that stuff!
Loved here 3 years no problem and love it. Management is decent, rent is acceptable, close to shopping and restaurants. In a great school district. 7/10
