Still haven't had my tree cut now i have roof leak an damage from the park negligence will seek a lawyer after taken care of after remodeling home had this agreement in September of last year an they stated 10 times we are trying to get it done next were getting them to come out to work on it next they couldn't make it's pushed back next they are behind on the parks trees so it's pushed back it's been like this for over 2 years an none of the managers have taken this seriously even when I reported it as a safety concern for my family that these tree limbs can come crashing on my home killing my family an then not only will you have repair damages to pay for you will insurance claims to pay for dead relatives due to your NEGLIGENCE so by all means you can pay my family an give us the trailer park this way when I die my family will own this park so I'm not stressing but every tenant is mad about how the prices have gone up an all they did was redo the park at the front of the park also I believe they charge you for trash cleaning when they do no cleaning so they like STEALING people money aswell an keep your deposit they also move trailers in supervising even when I told them that you're ILLEGALLY driving over the drainage system an that I will report it they didn't care just looked dumbfounded

The park is very well maintained and I am impressed with how well everyone is working together to make this the best mobile home park in the area. Have a leak in my bathroom for a few weeks now, the ceiling now has water damage and mold along with water caused the electric to not work in the bathroom as well. They said they fixed the pipe on my roof so no more leaks BUT has not even touched fixing my bathroom that we are not able to use. I call and call with noone ever answering the phone , does anybody even work in the office???? This is ridiculous!!!! My lease is coming up so we will see about that...COME FIX MY BATHROOM
We've been told for three years that our tree was going to be removed. It keeps destroying our roof. We were even told they have the money to do it. Then why has it been three years? The people in the office only tell you what you want to hear just to keep putting you off, so I went ahead and sent a letter to corporate. We'll see what good that'll do too. Another thing that seems funny is that quite a few of these reviews are about the trees. And all they want to do is increase the rent and not do anything about the maintenance of this park. I believe these trees have not even been trimmed in the last four to five years. I say this because I overheard one of the tree trimmers strike up a conversation about Patrick Mahomes going to his first Super Bowl. Well, that was 2019 NFL season.
