Absolutely amazing hiking and amazing camp grounds even though i wasn't camping there. 😭 The water fall is amazing but the trails that lead through the bog are something else, there are bits of the trail with flowing fresh water where you can see LIVE sphagnum moss which is pretty uncommon. We came a little too early in the season but im willing to bet there are Sundews and Utricularia somewhere in the boggy area. The whole area screams biodiversity and is one of the best hikes I've ever been on hands down. 10/10 must see place.

Small rustic beautiful campground. Can walk to the river from site. Pit toilets, but clean. Weird, didn't see any dear or small animals like squirrels though. We did catch fish and some great views of Strong Falls.

I take the kids here every year for our annual "Camping With The Critters" Its always been a memorable experience. There have been a few times when I've walked over to the firewood barn between 3:30-4pm to get firewood but its still locked. And, aside from the occasional rude and obnoxious neighbor campers (which isn't the parks fault) its been great!!
