I was then informed that I wasn't legally allowed in my own trailer because I didn't sign a lease with them for lot rent. Why would I pay property taxes when I have to pay lot rent? Doesn't make sense to me. But they evicted me and took the trailer.
Horrible place to live I've been waiting for 3 years on my title so my statement doesn't come to my address so I never know how much my rent is going to be so if I'm an hour late on payment I have to pay a late fee. The court has been sold more times than a faulty game system on Craigslist.
Trashy….A lot of homes have been abandoned…Need to be torn down.. . . Management are here to collect lot rent that is all……Keep raising the lot rent & do nothing……It has become a free for all here
I have been here less than 4 yrs and lot rent has went from 140.00 a month to 274.00 a month. No park improvements and the park is on its 4th ownership.
