Customer Reviews
Beautiful quiet place for people of all ages to camp. The host are very welcoming and so a great job keeping the place beautiful. The hospitality is way beyond better than anywhere else I've camped. Lot's of history to look into as well. Me and my kids had a blast and definitely will be back.
We love this place so much. Amber and trey are very nice people. They had a nice get-together for Easter. Came to our campground to let us know. We had nice talks with the locals and visitors. Had an Easter egg hunt even for the kids after we ate hotdogs. This place is a place we will always continue to go to and support ❤️
Great campground, easy access to the lake.. kids loved this place. This is one of my favorite campgrounds now! Highly recommend this place. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Hosts at this location are very nice and caring too.
The primitive area is really nice - wooded and quiet. The southern side was shaded in the afternoon, and got a very nice breeze. Even though the toilet is primitive, it was clean and not scary.
A beloved hidden gem! This is by far our most favorite place to come and relax on the lake, and we come as often as we can. Trey and his wife Amber take such amazing care of the campground. What I love the most is that the campground is small, and the sites are spaced far apart and are nicely shaded. Most all the sites have good water access. The restrooms/shower house is always extremely clean and stocked. There is also a boat dock for fishing and a boat ramp. We can easily launch our 24' pontoon without issues. Looking forward to many more camping trips and memories made at Hester's Ferry!
