My experience with them was the most terrible thing before I tried to move a mobile house to which I also commented on a couple of occasions that the first person who was going to move was being complicated because the house moved was offices, but they never told me anything at first. Also my husband and my daughter went to ask if they needed to pay the land before installing the mobile house and they said that not only with the deposit we had to stop it, those were their words after 15 days they came out with one more thing we had to pay the difference and then pay me a month, to which no contract was stipulated that. And yet we paid the month and the difference when it was about to move the mobile home exactly on the right days to do it, they started to make it complicated for me. First they said that the house was not suitable, I understood that, but I told him that I could remodel it to make it to live, that was not a problem for me and then they put the address that in the mobile house was not wind zone 2, to which I told him how it is not. From wind zone, 2 if the inspector already only inspection and from this county to the other county are the same area and have the same areas, I felt that they started to go around a lot and yet I told him, let me install it. You'll realize that I won't use that house as a business, the thing that made me spend a lot of money, I paid 2 more months rent for the parking, without installing it, respecting its conditions, and when I went to talk to the inspector showing the text messages, they called me that I was a slanderer, and liar, and that I was saying things that were not correct For me, that are people who don't know how to do business, they don't know how to take care of the neighborhood they just want the money they do, and without knowing Invest to take advantage of simple low-income people. I recommend that you have patience and look for another place is better and not do business with one type of people, as well as them taken advantage of.

There has been a lot of work done and more to come. The residents are seeing the changes and are doing there part to help out. Nothing is perfect and Rome wasn't built in a day. With owners, City and residents helping pick up and this will be a community that's welcoming and safe for all!

This mobile home park is the most disgusting place I have ever lived. People keep their dogs tethered all day and night with no food or water. The dogs bark constantly. People speed through the streets of this park at 40-50 mph. We walk our dogs and both dogs and us were almost run over by cars two times. People constantly bum cigarettes, etc. from neighbors. Drug dealers are located throughout the park. Dangerous and outright gross. It gets like a sewer when it rains or snow melts. There is so much standing water all over the park. I would not raise pigs in this crappy place.

Hey. Yeah no disrespect to the folks that live here. I just wouldn't do it if I had any choice in the matter. Newest home might be 1973 model. Be advised this is not a classic mobile home park either!!!

The main section is decent enough, but the other two sections are bad with drugs, and gun shootings. The owners are slowly cleaning up the place.
