Customer Reviews
My mother lived here for 3 years. The office staff was wonderful, always asking how mom was doing and checked on her if they didn't see her. The grounds are well kept. Very cozy and quiet place to live.
After living here for almost one year we have found Hidden Valley Park to be a great place to retire. It is peaceful and quiet, the residents are friendly and the staff is great. The lot rent is among the lowest in Volusia County. What else could you ask for?
Not worth it. They always changing rules. I am over this place. I will only visit for my mom. My mom lost her husband, my sister lost her husband. I wanted to be closer to them since they are alone, I was ok last year, but this year no because now I have kids under 25. Well really! I had them last year too. There are little ones living in there now but nope. It is pick and choose.
My mother in law has lived here for 3 years. The park is always well maintained and the administrators are very sweet, helpful, and have a genuine concern for all who stay here.
Great place . Very well kept. Love living here. If there's a problem the only thing I can think is Mark the manager is not people friendly.
