As a current tennant trying to find a place to move to this is a horrible place to live management does not care that you are struggling nor does the owner care and refuses to help and fix stuff for tenants up here you pay 350 a month to see cops every other day traitors that are in horrible condition and heaven forbid there is a reason you can't pay your rent on time they will just add up the fees should be illegal the way the run their property I would not recommend this place if you were homeless and in despair need for even q temporary solution. Its just bad all around.
Giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. I am a current tenant of 10+ years. No lease, no one who “owns” this place or “manages” it will ever answer any questions, EVER, will never spend a penny to make the park an actual better place, and will avoid contact with tenants AT ALL COSTS. If you want to live in chaos and not have a thing done in your favor after they jack the rent up every year, then this is the place for you ☺️.

I love living here. It's so peaceful, the neighbors are very helpful and friendly. Management is the best. I get immediate responses when I have a question.
