The new manager was great, super friendly, professional, and very helpful. She seems to be doing the job of multiple people though guess all companies are forcing people to do multiple jobs so they can just pay one person. This is not a great business model cause you'll just burn out the good people to save a few bucks......
My wife and I bought a home here and moved in on July 31st, 2024. Very quiet neighborhood! Amanda and Jim at the park office are very nice and have been very helpful
I asked 2months ago to have a ground hog removed. It charged me twice. Dianna Morris the Mgr. DID nothing about this situation. She ignored my request completely. Present day I call and tell her how bold this G-Hog is getting, she screamed at me and told me to get an attorney and hung up on me. Wow! I am a good tenant. Time to move!!
It's a great park. No rednecks with junk in their yards at this one. They run a nice clean respectable park. I would move there any day
